Finding Your Why and Finding Your Way: Winter 2025 Book Club with the Author
This book club will run from February 20 - April 24 with meetings every Thursday from 11 am - 12 pm US Eastern time.
Finding Your Why and Finding Your Way is an experiential ACT workbook to help you identify what you care about and reach your goals, using the Mindful Action Plan. This book club invites you to work through the book alongside the support and camaraderie of others doing the same, and with the expert guidance of author Dr. Siri Ming. You’ll take the book at a pace of about a chapter a week to allow time to do the exercises, and not only think about how to make small but important shifts that will get you closer to the path you want to walk, but take action.
Live group meetings will allow for the opportunity to discuss your questions and explore your experiences with the material, as well as chat a bit further about relevant concepts as we are applying them in our own work and lives. You’ll also have access to an asynchronous discussion space where you and your fellow book clubbers can keep on track and help each other with your intentions and actions.
9 CEUs will be provided.
Please note: the first meeting is only 30 minutes, simply to launch the reading schedule, get oriented to the platform, and welcome participants to the group. Registration will remain open until the weekend before the first book chapter meeting.
All workshops within Constellations have three price tiers. Click here for our pricing guide and see below for meeting dates and to download a complete overview.
We also have low-cost pay-what-you-can scholarships available. Priority will be given to those who primarily serve underserved, disadvantaged and minority populations, clinicians who are members of minority groups themselves, and to early career practitioners or students in developing countries.
